The purpose of this application is to give civilians and responders information about terrorism and reference material that can be useful before, during and after an event involving terrorism. The content is presented in a way that can be useful for anyone that could be involved in a terrorist attack, respond to a terrorist attack, or treat casualties from a terrorist attack. This application is not intended to supersede any rules, protocols, or procedures that are in place at your place of employment; the intent is to provide information to you about possible things to consider should an attack occur.
